Business Policy (Returns & Refunds)

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Cancellation may be subject to a processing fee, depending on the case.

  • Refunds (after deduction of processing fees) will only be issued to a bank account under the same name as the customer who placed the order.

Return & Exchange Policy

If the mistake is from the company:

e.g., defective product or incorrect item
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days, under the following procedure:

  1. Take photos of the product and contact us via Line: @mufu.th

  2. Ship the product back to our company.

    We will cover all shipping costs.

  • For refunds: We will process your refund within 7 business days after inspection.

  • For exchanges: We will send the correct product within 3 business days.

If the mistake is from the customer:

Customers can request an exchange by:

  2. Sending the original item back to our address

  3. We will ship the replacement within 3 business days
    (Customers are responsible for return shipping and any additional service charges.)


Return Conditions

Return requests will be reviewed based on company policy. The company's decision is final. The following conditions must be met:

  1. Items must be in unused condition and not damaged by the customer.

  2. Include the receipt, proof of payment, email confirmation, and tax invoice (if applicable).

  3. Items must be in original condition: no tags removed, unused, with complete packaging, manuals, warranty cards, and accessories.

  4. The product must meet all company return conditions.

  5. Any free gifts, promotional items, or bundle items must be returned with the main product.

  6. Service fees, shipping fees, and installation charges are non-refundable.
