Business Policy (Shipping & Order Cancellation)

Shipping Policy

  • We will ship your order to the shipping carrier within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are shipped once daily, excluding public holidays and company holidays.

  • Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number for your order.

Shipping Methods:
Thailand Post, Flash Express, J&T
Delivery times depend on each courier's service terms.
If you do not receive your order within the expected timeframe, please contact the shipping provider directly or reach out to our customer support team.

Shipping Conditions:

  • The company reserves the right to delay shipments up to 3 business days. Customers will be notified in case of any delay.

  • If a shipment is returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for reshipping fees.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Cancellation may be subject to a processing fee, depending on the case.

  • Refunds (after deduction of processing fees) will only be issued to a bank account under the same name as the customer who placed the order.
